You may use our QR code generator for legal purposes only. You are solely responsible for the content encoded in the QR codes you generate. We reserve the right to terminate service for codes linking to malicious, illegal, or harmful content.

3. Intellectual Property

The QR Codex name, logo, and all original designs and software are the exclusive property of QR Codex. The QR codes you generate (Static) belong to you for any use.

4. Limitation of Liability

QR Codex is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our generator, or the failure of a generated code to scan.

5. Dynamic QR Codes

Users with an account may create Dynamic QR codes. We guarantee the redirection service as long as your account is active and in good standing. We are not responsible for broken links if the destination URL is removed by the user.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
